In early 2017 we were approached by Saadiya Rahman and had the opportunity to take on the event management for her Make-up Masterclass. With just short of a month to work with, our team had the challenge of showcasing what we do best. Below we have listed the products and services we provided for the one-day event.

Right from the beginning, we were given the tasks to create all the marketing material for the masterclass. From personalised, bags, thank you cards, wristbands, and VIP lanyards to roller banners scattered amongst the grounds. We wanted to create a professional and luxury environment for the girls, so personalised merchandise was very important.
With over 60 guests attending this exclusive event, Saadiya wanted an area to present the certificates to each individual girl, so we came up with the media wall. It definitely gave her guests the red carpet feel and was also perfect for selfies with Saadiya. As well as the media wall, we also created the backdrop for the stage, working with local stage contractors we managed to put up a huge 16ft x 8ft backdrop with Saadiya's branding, something easily visible for the live video on the day.
The event needed to go public beforehand to sell tickets and create huge awareness. We as a design company had to create promotional posts for Saadiya to upload on Instagram and Facebook to promote the Masterclass. The objective was to find a way the public would engage with the posts and click on the link to purchase tickets. With a SOLD OUT event, this was successful.
Smaller marketing material such as the certificates, thank you cards and business cards were also required for the event. Again designed and printed by our in-house graphics team.
