CAN I COLLECT?

Yes, collection from us in Bradford, West Yorkshire

is possible and can be arranged free of charge. Please mention this when placing an order. 

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

Yes, we deliver worldwide, more information on International  delivery can be found here.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

You can change your order providing it isn't already printed. If you want to cancel, you get a 7-day cooling-off period, given no artwork has been created or printed. For more information please visit our T&C's page. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will issue you with a tracking number once your items have been dispatched. You are able to track the progress of your order using the tracking number on the couriers website.   

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE?

It's always best to book your order in advance to avoid disappointment, especially during our busy period. We would recommend 10 working days for all personalised products and

3 working days for our snapchat filters.  However we know sometimes a last minute order is required and we will try our best to squeeze you in.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

You can call us on +441274 396982 or fill out our enquiry form on the Contact Us page. Alternatively you can email us on info@myretrosigns.com if you have any pictures to attach. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours, sometimes this can be longer in our busy periods.

WHY CAN'T I PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

At the moment we are taking orders through e-mail and telephone and payments can be sent via Bank Transfer or Paypal. We are working hard on our Online Store which will go live very soon.

MY SNAPCHAT FILTER WON'T SHOW,

WHAT SHALL I DO?

With every order, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the filter is approved and ready to go live. If the filter does not show, check your location settings and turn them on. Try restarting the Snapchat App or your mobile phone. Sometimes a weak mobile signal can be the problem, try connecting to the venue's WiFi for a stronger signal.  If the filter still won't show, email us on info@myretrosigns.com so we can immediately look into this for you. 

CAN I PAY 50% NOW AND 50% LATER?

Unless you have our hired products booked in, we need full payment to be paid before we can design, post any products or upload any filters. If you are hiring our products, we accept 30% deposit when booking and the remaining 70% will need to be paid 4 weeks prior to the event date. For more information please visit our T&C's page.
